Christopher Columbus Ohio

From our Humor Department:

Columbus DayOnce upon a time there was a fellow named Christopher Columbus. He had this idea that the world was round. People called him “Crazy Chris”.

He got himself some ships and sailed across the ocean and discovered America. This had nothing to do with the world being round; it was about getting a town in Ohio named after him.

You have to discover America or else you can’t have town named after you in Ohio. It is a state law or something.

Anyway, Columbus discovered America so he got a town named after himself. You can drive to Ohio and see it for yourself. Just look for Crazy Chris, Ohio.
