Introduction to our series of 24 episodes from The Cold War by The BBC published in 1998:
Turner Boadcasting partnered with the BBC to produce and distribute this television series.  While it is hobbled by left-wing political correctness, it still is the best series yet on the Cold War. And now, The BBC’s The Cold War, Episode 1.




It would have been helpful had the episode brought up the basic principles of Communism and why it became so anti-democratic.
