Brazil Scandal: Historical Background

Dilma Roussef is Brazil’s President. She has been suspended pending her impeachment trial.  This scandal has huge implication for this country.  Her party was the one Brazilians counted on for ethics — it was their main plank.  Brazil has the world’s fifth largest population and 7th. largest GDP.
