God Is Calling You

The idea of people having “a calling” may seem quaint, even to Christians. Yet leadership based not only on office, ambition, or need but upon some higher purpose gives leaders an edge — if the higher purpose is legitimate. This is why prayer and meditation is essential to good leadership.
