A father was so very proud of his son. Not necessarily the one who was a doctor, nor the one who was a lawyer. Even the scientist son was okay. No, the one who emigrated to America, became a bum who lived on food stamps and welfare and sent enough money home each month for the whole family to live on — that was the one.
