Facebook Discussion Group

We urge all of our subscribers to check out the History Group on Facebook.  Is is sad that with the largest social media membership in the world, there is only one History Group and that is limited to just a hundred odd members. I fear that people just see the paucity of people and just avoid it.  Facebook can help history knowledge.  Please join this group and encourage your FB friends to do so, too.

Google+ meanwhile is doing much better with several history groups going on.  Here and here.

The most active group is the LinkedIn group here.

While we would like to see more comments in the blog, the fact of the matter is that blogs are not really the best tool for discussions.  Social media is.  For example, we did a post on Who Are Historians? on February 21, 2015.  Over at LinkedIn they’re still discussing this.
